Registration & Annual Reports

The ICLHE Association was initiated on 1 January 2010, but it was not until 2 September 2015 that a General Meeting of members of the provisional association resolved to establish the legal basis of the association by notarial act. On 6 December 2016, the association was formally signed into existence at Maastricht, the Netherlands. The association is registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel). The members of the association approved the regulations at the board meeting and association general meeting on 4 September 2015 at Brussels. The rules of procedure were approved by the general meeting of the association in Copenhagen in 5 October 2017.
